Puglia tours around Torre Guaceto at a glance
The reserve runs a small guided programme: a walk, a bike tour, seawatching in summer and an evening tour in the warm months. Reservation is required for all of them. Most last between 2 and 3.5 hours, and prices are quoted per person.
The cards below show day trips in Puglia with live prices, mostly from towns such as Brindisi and Ostuni. Whether a trip includes Torre Guaceto differs from tour to tour, so read the description before you book.

Our picks: day trips and tours
The Alberobello day trip suits you if you want several towns in one day without driving. The e-bike ride through the olive plain is for active visitors who like the countryside, and the Brindisi boat trip is one hour in the harbour and bay, not in the reserve.

Puglia day trips from Torre Guaceto
Three towns make an easy day around the reserve. Ostuni is the white town on its hill, with the cathedral at its highest point. Carovigno has the Castello Dentice di Frasso at Via Sant'Anna 2. Brindisi has the harbor, the Roman column and the old town.
The area is also known for olive oil from the varieties Ogliarola Salentina and Cellina di NardΓ², the protected area of the Collina di Brindisi and the local Fiaschetto tomato. Visit times for tastings change, so ask at the farm or in the shop.
Traveling on? Matera in Basilicata fits well into a longer southern Italy trip.
